Christopher Gaffney writes fiction that finds humor and humanity in everyday life. He currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Aymara Chacin Gaffney. Together they teach at a middle school — a job that offers no shortage of character studies. 

When not studying adolescent behavior or grading papers and grammar, he’s usually writing, reading, or sipping coffee (and the occasional yerba mate).
